Payment

Payment must be made within 30 days of the invoice date at the latest without deduction of discount.

If the customer defaults on payment, Empyreum is entitled to charge default interest of 10% per annum and a lump sum compensation of 10% of the invoice amount, but at least EUR 25. In addition, Empyreum reserves the right to claim further damages.
