Right of cancellation

The customer has the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which the customer or a third party designated by the customer has taken possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform us (Empyreum sàrl, ZAC Haneboesch II, 5, L-4563 Niederkorn, Tel.: 26 58 16 78, info@empyreum.lu) of his decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement. Returns or collections of goods are at your expense.

Exceptions to the right of cancellation

There are legal exceptions to the right of cancellation, whereby we reserve the right to invoke the following regulations:
There is no right of cancellation for distance selling contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated. It therefore does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are manufactured according to customer specifications or are clearly customised to the personal needs of the customer. This includes, in particular, furniture or customised products. These are excluded from exchange.
